She has grieved with us at the passing of our aged pets, and shared our joy when we brought new puppies home. She is very observant with them, and if she sees something that she feels might need medical attention, she always mentions it to us. Janna is also very flexible. There have been many times when we have called her at the last minute, and she arranges her schedule to make sure that the dogs are taken care of. We also use Janna for dog sitting if we have to be away overnight. It is re-assuring to know that the dogs can stay in their own home, and be cared for by someone that they know and love. "My husband and I have hired Janna several times now for pet sitting. She is exceptional. She cares about all animals, dogs and cats and birds as well! We have one cat that she has cared for when we were on vacation. Jake the cat is demanding and he was fine when we got back. Also, my husband has a macaw, two cockatoos, and a cage with a pair of cockatiels and parakeets. She cared for them also when we are gone. Once she called us on our cell phone because our cockatiel had an injured wing and she found a vet and it was taken care of. We felt completely confident when we were gone that our animals and house were all right. Her rates are reasonable, and probably lower than many others.
